Retreats at Camp Peniel provide special times of relaxation, rejuvenation, and bonding. Groups minister to each other in the name of Christ. Families grow closer as they play and worship together. Excellent Bible teachers bring new insights from God's Word. Trail rides, breakfast cookouts, and campfires shape lasting memories.
Pull back from the world for a couple of days and enjoy God's creation. Most retreats begin
with a light dinner Friday evening between the hours of 6:30 and
7:30 with activities starting around 8:30 PM and end Sunday after
a delicious lunch. |

teaching, counseling, visiting, leading…just a few of the many
ways in which you are serving the Church that God has entrusted
to you. Are you ready for a break? Are you in need of being
spiritually refreshed? Are you craving conversations with other
pastors who are going through or have gone through the same
issues you are facing? Camp Peniel desires to provide a retreat
from the day-to-day to-do lists, where you can experience our
Savior’s encouragement, wisdom, and peace. We invite you to
take a timeout and attend the Pastor’s Retreat that is designed
specifically for Senior Pastors to relax, fellowship, grow and
gain insight to do what God has called you to be about.
Our keynote
speaker will be Joe Wall who is a long-time pastor and now
currently serves with East-West Ministries International as the
Vice President of International Training and Director of the
Russia Field. There will be plenty of free time, breakout
sessions and a Q/A time with a panel of pastors who are
experiencing similar challenges and Eternal rewards that you
experience on a daily basis. Come spend some time away to be
drawn closer the Lord and refreshed for your return to ministry!

Mother/Daughter Horse Camp -

Oct 29th - 31st
Learn all about horses. Saddling, feeding, and grooming
while having a fun weekend riding the dusty trails with your
daughter and other mom & daughter groups. Our Equestrian
Director will show you a wonderful weekend enjoying daily trail
rides. There is limited space, so register early to secure
your horse & saddle.

in many of the activities: riflery, hiking, horseback

A tradition
as old as Camp Peniel. Take time to tune into what is
truly valuable and important in your life. Join in the Family
Olympics and enjoy all the traditional activities. Each
family brings a dessert and a vegetable or salad to share during
the Thanksgiving meal. Families share dining hall duty for
one meal. It's a barrel of fun! |
