The ministry of Camp Peniel requires the time, talents and abilities of a committed Board of Directors, a large host of energetic volunteers, approximately 50 summer staff and a team of over 18 full-time year-round staff.   Our Administrators and Directors  provide consistent, professional leadership and instruction for our campers and counselors.  We look for staff who have a heart for God, a passion to reach the youth culture, and who desire to use their gifts and abilities to further this ministry.

The full-time year-round staff team directs the daily operation of the ministry.
