November 3-4. Texas Cooks Advance, Working to Build a Healthy Kitchen Ministry. Led by Daniel Hernandez, Executive Chef for Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Daniel is excited about this event and is a veteran camp chef and CCCA member from up north. This will be a don’t miss event for those involved in foodservice. Cost will be only $75 and this includes 3 meals, nice hotel style room, food for demos and a gift for each participant. The event will be held at the Riley Conference Center on the campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2001 W. Seminary Drive, Fort Worth 76115).
